Taylor and Rylee met over twitch, a gamers live streaming platform. Talk about a perfect match. I’ve gone back with Taylor since 2006 and am thrilled he found such a rad woman. They enjoy collecting… like everything. Star Wars memorabilia scattered through the home, ranging from Boba Fett’s helmet, real light sabers and artwork on the walls.

A few months back they visited, you guessed it, Disney Land where Taylor orchestrated the most perfect of proposals. They were checking out the Millennium Falcon when he dropped to one knee and popped the question. You can view the video here.

The two recently closed on their home in Spokane and it’s an adorable spot. Their love fills the space making me feel welcome and cozy. I popped my snowy boots off at the door, said hello to their pup and we got to snapping pics. The first thing I noticed.. The lamp ornament on the tree. Anyone that loves Christmas is a friend of mine.

It was a great time being cozy and capturing a relaxing morning with Rylee and Taylor. I hope for more of these in home sessions. It’s just so nice to just take a step back and relax with clients and snap as i’m learning more about them and how they fell and stay in love.
